In GENERAL
Our villa can serve upto 9 people (along with children) and two babies more, upto 18 months old.
- Kitchen: ceramic plates, side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, dish washer, kettle, toaster and iron for clothes
- Living room: dinning table, sofas, wc
- Bedrooms: 1 master bedroom, 2 double bedrooms
- Loft: 3 single beds, w.c., mini refrigirator
- Jacuzzi: we offer 2 aromatic balls, candles and salts

All rooms have satellite TV, Netflix (in the living room), air conditioning and are fully furnished. Pets up to 50kg are allowed.
Ground FLOOR
There is a big luxurious unique room of 110m2 with a kitchen, dining room and dining table including all modern facilities such as big cooking bench, oven with ceramic plates, side-by-side-refrigerator, microwave etc.
Also, there is a study room (office) with internet access.
Our villa luxurious w.c. will surprise you as well as the second fireplace in the living room. Moreover, there is big verandah where you can enjoy the wonderful view while having a drink or eating.
1st FLOOR
Three main double bedrooms where one of them, the master bedroom, has a big toilet with a jacuzzi. Also in that room, there is a fireplace, a big cloak room and a secretaire. Moreover, there is a big verandah where you can enjoy the fantastic sun rising from the sea.
The other two bedrooms have also a toilet with a massage shower, wardrobes and a verandah too where you can enjoy the beauty of nature.
The LOFT
On the loft you can find exercise aparatus that you can use for your personal training and three single beds that can be used for your accomodation (one of these beds can be used only by an up to 10 years old child) and a w.c.
A lunch or dinner can be prepared for you, if you want, accompanied by a special sweet with a bottle of wine and coca-cola, for every 4 persons at no cost.

165km from Athens you can reach ths Aegean Balcony, Kymi. An ideal location for walking, swiming, climbing and any other kind of entertaining for someone who wants to obtain the best memories ever. We might come along with you to show you around the area if you want to.

Every year in May, car races take place here in Kymi. Also, in July & August, caltural events take place in the little theater of Kymi's Folklore Museum. In the summertime, mainly in August, feasts of squid and sardine take place. Also in August 14th, the big celebration of Virgin Mary's Church where thousands of people visit and go on a pilgrimage to church. In the 15th of August there is the big celebration of beef casserole with onions where people can taste it freely.
Honeftico, which is 3km from our villa, is place where you can drink fresh curative water that comes from springs of mountains.
Seta is the best winter destination, but also in summer too, where you can enjoy a wonderful excursionwith your family in a place full of springs and green.
Apart from a luxurious living, you can discover hospitality, good and quick service and real devotion (friendship). Villa Serenity is a place where you can enjoy not only your privacy but also the luxurious relax of home and the most wonderful view of sea and nature. You can also taste fresh fruits from our garden of 1 acre and in August the famous figs of Kymi (our special offer).
