Every year in May, car races bring excitement to Kymi. During July and August, cultural events take place at the little theater of Kymi's Folklore Museum. In August, enjoy the traditional feasts of squid and sardine. On August 14th, the big celebration at Virgin Mary's Church attracts thousands of visitors on a pilgrimage, while on August 15th, the famous beef casserole with onions feast offers a unique tasting experience for everyone.
