Taxes, Coverage & Your Stay

There is an environmental resilience tax which should be paid in addition to your reservation amount: From November 1st to February 29th, the tax is 4 euros per day. From March 1st to October 31st, it is 15 euros per day of your stay. Starting October 1st, 2025, a civil liability insurance coverage will be included, which protects against accidents and/or damages that might occur during your stay in the villa.
